Each operating brand within the group (BrandShyp, SriLankaExport, Hike Lanka, Shimmer Lane, True Natura) maintains its own separate privacy policy governing its own service and customer data.

Information you provide directly through partnership inquiry forms or by emailing us — typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. Inquiry information is used to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to route it internally to the operating brand best suited to the conversation. Operating brands within the group: when an inquiry is routed to BrandShyp, SriLankaExport, Hike Lanka, Shimmer Lane, or True Natura, the relevant operator will receive the inquiry content to continue the conversation directly with you.

Service providers: we use third-party tools for hosting, email delivery, form handling, and analytics. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver the service to us and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

We rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
