Justice Alexander Harker.
A native of Canada, Justice Alexander Harker is a seasoned entrepreneur who began his career in Texas, where he founded and managed multiple successful companies. His extensive experience in building and scaling businesses earned him a reputation as a dynamic leader.
In Texas, he met Shenali Harley from Sri Lanka. Their shared vision led them to establish Harker International, a pioneering enterprise dedicated to leveraging technology to foster global trade and international experiences. Together, they now bridge economies and cultures from the group’s base in Sri Lanka.

Shenali Norita Harley.
A native of Sri Lanka, Shenali Norita Harley is a marketing strategist now based in Texas. Her career is defined by a talent for building brands and a deep understanding of international markets.
Leveraging her extensive marketing background, Shenali became a key figure in establishing Harker International with Justice Harker. Their partnership combines her local expertise and strategic vision with his business acumen, building a bridge between global economies and the opportunities in Sri Lanka.

BrandShyp is the group’s US-facing operating brand — headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Functions span technical marketing, custom software engineering, AI-native automation, federal contracting compliance, and the consumer-brand operations behind Shimmer Lane and True Natura.
